About

The Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Suicide SIG is a like-minded group of academic and health care professionals with expertise and/or interest in the application of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) as applied for treatment of individuals with complex/comorbid high risk eating disorders. These treatments are designed for difficult to treat presentations including those exhibiting chronic and acute suicidality and therapy interfering behaviours that can be a barrier to treatment.
